The Den Before/Afters

I feel like the den is one room that has changed the most.  It is one of my favorite rooms!  It is the center of the house, which I love.

Changes (in this picture):  Removed Fire Place Insert, Replastered the entire inside of the chimney (not sure is that is the correct term, but you get it), Re-faced the fireplace front, Built a mantle using a beam from the barn, Extended wall over a foot on the right of fireplace, Sheet-rocked wall.  It is the original door and hardware 😍

 

Changes (in this picture):  Sheet-rocked over Shelving (which was originally a window)

 

Changes (in this picture): Replaced Sliding Door with French Doors and new hardware.

 

 Changes (in this picture):  Removed the Door and Widened Doorway to Kitchen.

 

 

Changes (not already mentioned):  Removed Ceiling Tiles, Sheet-rocked Walls and Ceiling, Removed Doors to Kitchen and to Living Room, Pulled up flooring, Added New Wood Floors, New Paint, Added New Crown Molding, New Base Boards, Shoe-molding, New Ceiling Fan, New electrical and cover plates, New floor registers, and Added a Plug.
