It's a mystery, to me.....

Can anyone help me with this mystery.  How and where did Grandma have her microwave plugged in??  There are no outlets on this wall!  The only outlet is in the cabinet below where the microwave sat, but the plug would have had to go behind the backsplash, and it fits tightly against the wall.  I am puzzled!   I do wish there was a outlet on this wall- above the countertop :)
